Refund Policy
Prescription Medications Are Final Sales
Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed. Federal and state regulations prohibit the return and resale of prescription drugs to protect patient safety and prevent medication diversion. This policy applies regardless of reason for return, unopened packaging, patient preference, or any other circumstance. All prescription medication sales are final and non-refundable.
Why This Matters
Once a prescription is filled and leaves the pharmacy, it enters the patient's possession and control. Reselling or reusing that medication creates serious public health and legal risks: contamination, improper storage, diversion to unauthorized users, and liability exposure for both the pharmacy and BioLume. Federal law (21 U.S.C. § 353(b)) and state pharmacy regulations enforce this prohibition strictly.
If You Believe an Error Occurred
If you believe BioLume, Remedora, or our pharmacy partner made an error when processing, filling, or delivering your prescription such as incorrect medication, wrong dosage, damaged product, or shipping failure please contact us immediately at admin@biolumerx.com so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.
Resolution Process
Upon investigation, we may offer:
-
Replacement of the medication at no additional cost
-
A credit toward your next order
-
A partial refund if the error was BioLume's responsibility
Resolution depends on the nature of the error.
Disputes and Liability
BioLume does not control pharmacy operations, medication sourcing, pricing, or fulfillment. Disputes regarding medication quality, pricing, availability, or pharmacy performance are between you and the pharmacy provider. BioLume's role is to facilitate the transaction and investigate claims of administrative error on our end only.
